AXIS – Sunsquare´s latest creation

¨Architecture for Shade¨. With this catchphrase the Austrian company SunSquare® developed a sun and rain protection system for large balconies, roof gardens and terraces. Development of new products is on-going, as is the refinement of SunSquare’s current offerings in response to clients’ wishes.

With their latest creation, AXIS, SunSquare reveals a new side, a fourth side to be exact. AXIS expands on the triangular forms of the original SYSTEM to offer a quadratic shading system
With the ´Axis´, Sunsquare got nominated for Austria’s national design award and became red dot Design Award Winner in 2010.
